I'm a software engineer in Accra, Ghana. I build backend systems that move money, and these days I run the teams that build them.
Currently Senior Engineering Manager at Turntabl, leading 30+ engineers across several client teams at once. Some are embedded inside investment banks, others build products end to end. I scope and price the work, then I'm on the hook for delivering it.
Before that I spent three years at Fast Pace Transfer rebuilding a remittance platform, and took it through ISO 27001 and a Central Bank of Ghana licence.
Away from the keyboard I'm building out a homelab, programming microcontrollers, and getting into hiking. I watch more sitcoms than I should admit to.
